What is High Tech Early College?
High Tech Early College is focused on rigorous academics and hands-on experience with industry professionals in business, information technology and design fields. HTEC students earn up to 26 college-credit hours by the end of their junior year, with the opportunity to complete a Certificate in Business. During their senior year, students can continue working toward an Associate of Science or an Associate of Arts degree. Students who complete an Associate of Arts Degree can transfer to a four-year state college as a junior. Our unique 5th-year program allows students to earn an Associate degree in Applied Science or Applied Business.
